Depends on the square footage, and you get a firm timeline in writing. LVP goes down room by room, most rooms in a day; hardwood acclimates three to seven days first, then one to two to install.

Q: Does an older downtown home change anything?

Sometimes the subfloor. We look at what's under the current floor at the quote visit and tell you if anything needs levelling before we start.
