Q: Does my HOA need to approve a garage floor coating?

We have never had one ask. HOA rules in these communities cover what the street can see; a coating inside your garage is your call. If yours is unusual, bring the CC&Rs to the quote visit and we will read them with you.

Q: Can you do the garage before we move in?

That is the best time. An empty garage means no clearing out, and epoxy is walkable the next day and driveable in three, so coat it the week before the movers come.
